Carbon Fiber Components and Precision Machining
laMeccanyca supplies carbon fiber and composite components manufactured to customer drawings, from prototypes to production batches. We manage molding, bonding, mechanical operations and finishing, providing a single point of contact for components that combine composite materials and precision-machined parts.
Autoclave and Press Molding
Depending on the component geometry, material and production requirements, we can supply parts manufactured using autoclave or press molding processes. Each request is reviewed against the customer’s drawings and technical specifications to define a suitable production route.
Molds, Inserts and CNC Finishing
Our CNC machining capabilities connect composite manufacturing with precision mechanical work. We can manufacture molds to customer-supplied designs, produce metal inserts and machine composite parts where accurate interfaces, holes or finished edges are required.
This combination is particularly useful for assemblies in which composite and metal components must fit and work together.
From Prototype to Production Batch
We support both prototype requests and recurring production batches. By managing the manufacturing stages and checking the finished components against the agreed requirements, we help customers source composite and mechanical parts within a coordinated supply process.
